Ashleigh + Justin

Five Oaks is such a pretty place, especially in the fall when the logs of the lodge glow golden in the twilight and the water of the cozy lake goes deep blue with the fading day. A storm was approaching, but tents were already in place and nothing interfered with this celebration. A towering cake from Ann’s Bakery took center stage, along with flowers by Glenda Casselman. Infinity Musickept the tunes and fun times (Everybody, conga line!) coming. And Five Oaks laid out a feast that was as colorful as it was delicious. The rain came (and, of course, anyone in this crowd who loved the outdoors was glad to see it) but the party kept going.

Ashleigh was simply stunning in a full, flowing gown, which she enhanced with a stunning handmade sash. Justin was a fabulous gent and when he wasn’t dancing with Ashleigh, he twirled his mother and grandmother to boot-scooting tunes on the dance floor. They stayed on until only close family and friends remained and then were given an awesome sendoff. It was such a great evening and I’m so glad to have shared in it. Best wishes to you, Ashleigh and Justin, wherever your new life together takes you. _ Kelly
