Amber + Kyle – Sharp Chapel – White House Mansion

Amber and Kyle first met at Sharp Chapel on the University of Tulsa campus and that’s where this wonderful couple exchanged vows last fall, with the pews packed with family and friends.

Not long before the ceremony, they took a moment to see each other. I love those moments when a groom turns to see his bride and joy, love _ even peace _ wash over their faces and show in their embrace. Kyle and Amber radiated pure happiness in that quiet time together. Then came the ceremony, with beautiful testimonials to their shared faith and love, and a time when everyone in the crowd joined in singing a hymn together.

The White House Mansion in south Tulsa was the perfect spot for a cozy celebration. The wedding cake from Ann’s Bakery was topped by the cutest Lego bride and groom minifigures. Bouquets from Flower Girls of Tulsa adorned the tables. It was warm enough to eat on the deck, with Poached Pear Catering providing the tasty dinner.
Amber, her father, Kyle and his mother got the dance floor hopping with some fun and funky moves that took over more traditional bride-father/mother-groom dances. Pretty soon, a crowd had joined them in a full-throttled celebration of this sweet couple’s happy day. We were happy and grateful to be a part of it and wish these two the best! _ Kelly

Laura + Ryan – Dresser Mansion

Joy, joy, joy! It wrapped itself around Laura and Ryan from the minute they saw each other before their September wedding and carried the two of them off on their late-night departure. What a glorious wedding day for these two!

The Dresser Mansion is a beautiful setting and proved a delightfully cozy place for Laura and Ryan to exchange their vows outside with 150 friends and family looking on under a golden sunset. The bride and groom looked completely relaxed and happy all night, especially when they stole away for a few minutes to bask in the setting sun together.

Event planner Erica Scott, of Erica Weddings, kept things running smoothly (and even came to the rescue with needle and thread!) A toast by Ryan’s brother had everyone roaring, but the unforgettable show-stopper was an all-out tribute sung by Laura’s sisters. There were a lot of hugs exchanged and a lot of happy tears wiped away as Laura and Ryan headed off in a shower of sparklers. We wish this sweet couple the best and are so glad to have been part of their awesome celebration! ~ Kelly Simply White Photography, Tulsa Wedding Photography, Dresser Mansion
